Delivery
Delivery & ReturnsDelivery All orders are despatched same or next working day by first class post or courier. If any other service is used, you will be notified beforehand. On dispatch, customers will be notified of the delivery company and a likely delivery date. On receipt, any damaged or missing items must be reported to us immediately. If the item(s) don't arrive within 3 working days of the expected delivery date, please let us know on customer@bytemart.co.uk, quoting your name and order number.
Unwanted/Unsuitable Goods If, after receiving an item, you decide that you no longer need it, or it is unsuitable for your needs, we will be happy to offer an exchange or a refund of the original purchase price (less our postage costs), within 14 days.
You must contact us for a Returns Authorisation (RA) number BEFORE returning the goods. The refund will be issued on receipt of the undamaged and complete item. Refunds are issued by the PayPal Website Payments Pro system.
Faulty Goods If you believe a product you have received from us is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will ascertain whether the product is being used correctly. Should the product be faulty, you will be given a returns number, which must be quoted on the packaging when returned to us. On receipt of the item we will check the fault and, if confirmed, refund your original purchase price, and all postage costs.
